Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

⚠️ Note: Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn night dresses

  • Items without original packaging

  • Discounted or sale items (optional — customize if needed)

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@loraaa.store    with your order details

  2. Our team will review and approve your request

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue still exists, contact us

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with pictures as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
